Happy new year! After nearly two weeks of overindulging and overdressing, the last thing I want to do to start off the new year is think too hard about my outfit. That’s why I always fall back on super casual pieces once January rolls around: cozy sweaters and easy jeans, matching knit sets (more on this later), slip-on shoes (can’t even be bothered with laces or zippers). But even when I resort to throwing on literally whatever is at the top of my clothes pile, I still appreciate the little things. Things like the pearl detail and gold zipper on my sweater or the matching hue of my hats and boots. There’s a reason attention to detail is one of my greatest strengths after all!
