When Gen Z declared full-length jeans as the only jeans that matter, I’m not going to lie, I had a mini fashion meltdown. For the past, I don’t know, 10 years (?!), I’ve pretty much exclusively worn ankle crop jeans, since I find them the most flattering for my 5’1″ frame and I love any excuse to show off my shoes. Up until last month, I didn’t own a single pair of jeans that come down past my ankles, and if they did originally, you better believe I took a pair of scissors to them at one point to make sure they were cropped. *Cue the frantic shopping* (after the meltdown of course). Zara delivered this time around, but I’m also on the hunt for a pair of vintage Levi’s with a more classic cut. I may be a millennial, but don’t call me cheugy!
