If you’ve been reading my blog for awhile now, you’ll know that working out is pretty far down on my list of priorities. In fact, I pretty much dread any form of exercise unless it’s a leisurely hike. So how exactly do I get bikini-body ready for Summer?
I don’t.
Now, don’t get me wrong — avoiding exercise isn’t something I’m proud of by any means. Nor is it something that I encourage. But having a “bikini body” is about so much more than perfectly chiseled abs or a firm butt. It’s about feeling comfortable enough in your own skin to confidently sport that swimsuit you waited months to wear. For me it comes down to finding a swimsuit I’m excited enough to rock — chiseled abs or not.
I’d love to know if you guys have any confidence-boosting tips for summer. Better yet, any advice for getting my butt to the gym? Share!

I have SO much trouble getting to the gym in the summer! I feel like I’m much more motivated in the fall/winter. I definitely recommend doing your workout outside somehow (hiking, running, biking, etc). It’s much more fun and doesn’t feel like work!
