The loafers with the socks? The messy bun?? The LIPSTICK??? Okay, who is she?? Jokes aside, this look was a really fun one for me to put together and wear. I never opt for wearing my hair up like this, but I was feeling inspired to try some new things and everything just came together. It all started with the Celine loafers — I found them for a major steal a couple of months ago and convinced David to get them for me as my Christmas present. I’d been debating the chunky loafer look for awhile and felt that it was a bit too preppy for my style, but if there’s any brand that will convince me, it’s Celine. Now that I have them, I’ve been pleasantly surprised that they’re not all that hard to style with other pieces I already own!

I like how the messy bun kind of mirrors the slouchy socks — they both keep everything from looking too perfect. And then the lipstick is from Sunnies Face — the brand was kind enough to send over some shades for me to try and this terracotta was just the pop I needed.
