Another week, another casual jeans outfit! And another wool shacket outfit for that matter. As much as I love the look of cropped proportions up top, 9 times out of 10, I’ll choose to throw on something oversized instead — something that covers my butt. Because when your butt is covered, any offending VPLs are hidden from view, meaning I could be wearing any underwear and it wouldn’t matter. Real talk (and TMI warning?): I don’t know about you, but as someone who hates wearing thongs, planning out which underwear to wear under which outfit is a real struggle. I have to either a) plan outfits ahead of time so I know whether it requires wearing a thong or b) take the risk of being comfortable and wearing a non-thong and then resorting to figuring out which oversized top to wear later. If anyone has suggestions for non-thong pairs that aren’t visible under jeans, please send my way! Sincerely, tired-of-wearing-uncomfortable-underwear 😂.
